Creating New Problems (top)

Selecting File/New... (Control+N) (^N) causes the new problem wizard below to be shown:

Follow the instructions a step at a time until you have defined a name and description for your problems and identified the number of rows required (the user can always add or take away rows later)

Then for each row enter the row name or description. Pressing the [FINISH] button creates an empty problem of the size specified.
