Problem ManagementPSM stores the problems given it in a database. The user can manage all of the problems in a particular database (Use File/Switch Databases or Control+F12 to switch databases). Selecting File/Open... from the menu (Control+O) brings up the problem management window.
Each line of the grid represents one problem stored. The user can switch problems by double clicking on it or selecting file open from the menu below:
As the picture shows, the selected problem (the line with the blue bar), may be saved or copied (the distinction being that in the case of save as, the current working problem becomes the saved one). Likewise the problem may be deleted or renamed. Problem Management Issues:Before making any significant changes, PSM automatically makes a problem with a '.BAK' extension, just in case something happens to the problem. The gird is also helpful in outlining the number of rows and the date the problem was last updated. |
